Order stuck on Pending for over 2 hours
Wait up to 24 hours from order placement. If the order is still pending after 24 hours, open a support ticket with your Order ID. Do not place a duplicate order while one is still active.
Count not increasing
Check that your TikTok account is public. Delivery will pause or cancel if the account/page becomes private during delivery.
Order was cancelled automatically
The most common cause is an invalid or incorrectly formatted link. Check the link format: tiktok.com/@username or tiktok.com/@username/video/VIDEO_ID for video services. Paste the link directly from your browser address bar. Avoid shortened URLs.
Refill is not working
Submit a support ticket with your Order ID, your current count, and a screenshot showing the drop. We process refill requests within 24 hours. Refills apply only during the active refill window for your order.
