Frequently Asked Questions
15 · Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is SMMViva?
Find the perfect SMM service for your platform.
How fast are orders delivered?
Pending status means the order was received and queued for delivery. It does not mean something is wrong. Orders remain pending while they wait for provider queue processing, link validation, or scheduled delivery windows.
How do crypto deposits work?
Funding your SMMViva wallet is the first step to placing orders. We accept USDT deposits on three blockchain networks: TRC20 (Tron), BEP20 (BSC), and ERC20 (Ethereum). This guide walks you through choosing the right network, completing the deposit, and getting your balance credited.
Is API access available for resellers?
SMMViva does not currently offer a public API, API keys, API endpoints, or mass-order workflows. This page will not describe a customer integration until the supporting service is implemented and verified.
Do you support mass orders?
Public API access and mass ordering are currently unavailable.
Can I track my orders?
Go to Dashboard > Orders and find your Order ID.
What happens if an order is partial?
A Partial status does not by itself determine compensation. The current order status and policy apply; use the ticket or refund flow in your account for an order-specific review.
Which services support refill?
Refill is available for Browse All Services only when the selected live service explicitly marks it as eligible. For help with a specific order, use the order or ticket flow in your account.
What if I enter the wrong link?
Orders can only be cancelled before delivery has started. Once the status moves from Pending to In Progress, the provider has begun fulfilling the order and cancellation is no longer available through the dashboard.
How do refunds work?
Some situations require a support ticket for refund review. These are cases where the automatic system cannot determine eligibility without reviewing the specific order details.
