Pending
Order received, not yet started. Normal for new orders - typical wait is 5-30 minutes.
In Progress
Delivery has started. Count is actively increasing toward the ordered quantity.
Completed
Fully delivered. The total quantity ordered has been delivered to your account.
Partial
Partially delivered. A refund for the undelivered remainder is automatically processed.
Cancelled
Cancelled before delivery started. Usually due to an invalid link or insufficient balance.
Order stuck on Pending for over 2 hours
Wait up to 24 hours from order placement. If the order is still pending after 24 hours, open a support ticket with your Order ID. Do not place a duplicate order while one is still active.
Count not increasing
Check that your Telegram channel or group is public. Delivery will pause or cancel if the channel/group becomes private during delivery.
Order was cancelled automatically
The most common cause is an invalid or incorrectly formatted link. Check the link format: t.me/yourchannel or t.me/yourchannel/postID for post services. Paste the link directly from your browser address bar. Avoid shortened URLs.
Refill is not working
Submit a support ticket with your Order ID, your current count, and a screenshot showing the drop. We process refill requests within 24 hours. Refills apply only during the active refill window for your order.
